About Our Honey

Honey is one of the sweetest gifts on earth from the world’s most beloved little creatures. Honey being one of the oldest sweeteners known, has a wide variety of uses and naturally can be made in a variety of flavors based on floral sources.  At West Meadow Apiary, we take pleasure in providing our bee colonies with the finest care. Giving our bees the best opportunity to make some of nature’s finest treasure. With many spring/summer locations throughout Vermont and winter/spring locations in Georgia. We produce several different varieties of honey each with a unique flavor profile and texture. Supplies are limited and not always available as blooms vary from year to year.
